The "Intelligent Folder" application is now available for iPhone and iPad devices.

Features

• Enables viewing of files within the shared folder of the Intelligent Folder system.
• Supports capturing photos and uploading them directly.
• Allows viewing of PDF documents, images, Excel (*), Word (*), and PowerPoint (*) files.
• Provides support for English and Chinese languages.
• Facilitates uploading files from other OpenIn-compatible applications.

Note

• Access to projects requiring client certificates is not supported.
• An account for the "Intelligent Folder" service is required to use the application.
• Existing users can utilize the app free of charge; no additional fees apply.
• Please use the same login ID and password as those used on the web interface. The company number is displayed in alphanumeric format on the top left of the web screen (e.g., A0000).
• The application can be used over online environments such as 3G or Wi-Fi connections.

About OpenIn Functionality

• This feature allows receiving files from applications that support OpenIn ("Send To") and uploading them directly to the server. By selecting "Function Folder" in the OpenIn menu ("Open" or "Send") within compatible apps, the application launches and uploads files to the server.
• Supported OpenIn-compatible applications include Numbers, Keynote, GoodReader, among others. Compatibility may vary depending on each application; please refer to their respective manuals for usage details.
• The maximum upload size per file is 100MB.
• The upload history for folders is limited to 10 entries, with older items being deleted automatically.
• File names may have sequential numbers appended automatically by iOS when multiple files with the same name are uploaded repeatedly (e.g., abc.png, abc-1.png, abc-2.png).
